Norfolk County Council are currently setting up a Parent Champions programme. Parent Champions are volunteers who can commit some of their time to talk to parents/carers about the local services available to families.
We are hoping to recruit a group of parents/carers initially within South Norfolk (across the County in the future), who make use of local services, are friendly and enjoy chatting with other parents.
Benefits of becoming a Parent Champion include:
- Meeting new people
- Learning new skills
- Gaining confidence
- Giving something back to the local community
